I had crashed my hard drive and Mark checked it, without charge, and even sent it out to California to have them check it, even though he might not make any money off of it. He spent at least an hour explaining what had happened to my hard drive and how to prevent it from happening again. And even though he couldn't get my data back, Mark still helped me to get a new hard drive. Even though i didn't get my data, I'm very glad that I went to Mark. He was very sociable and patient and was willing to spend time on your problem. It was much better service than i ever would've gotten at a best buy, and much cheaper as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you so much, Mark. I really appreciate it.

Mark is very professional and responsive. He was unable to repair my HD, however, he forwarded my drive to someone (Drive Savers) who did recover most of my files. Again, a great experience! Would recommend to all seeking this type of expertise. Thanks Mark!
