I panicked when my flash drive failed

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 By Wade - December 2, 2011

I panicked when my flash drive failed and contained hundreds of documents representing thousands of man hours. I went to a few well known computer stores only to be told that the files could not be recovered. Searching the internet I found lots of data recovery sites, but they all required me to Fedex my flash drive and pay anywhere from $500-$1500 to perform the recovery in 5-7 business days. Luckily I found Crashed Hard Drive Recovery in my own backyard. Mark quickly assessed the problem and recovered all my data in the same day and for only a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere. It's good to meet an honest and capable entrepreneur, so I will be sure to recommend Mark to others.

Our Insurance Paid!

A 2TB hard drive crashing at a production company would normally be catastrophic. Hundreds of hours of footage could have been lost forever, but Mark and his associates at drive savers saved our butts. 100% of our data was salvaged along with our reputation with all of our production clients. Mark also was adamant that we check with our insurance company to see if we were covered, and sure enough, our insurance covered the entire cost of the recovery process. Thanks Mark!

Data was lost from a file location that would have taken days to re-enter. Mark had 100% of the data restored within 24 hours! He saved us time & money. He is professional, easy to work with, straight forward and gets the job done. I would recommend him to anyone who has lost data or hard drive issues. Thanks Mark!
