The Magic Man

Just want to give Mark "the magic man" a huge thank you for retrieving data from my terminally ill hard drive. He saved about 2 years of my life in terms of works in progress and other stories I have written over the past 2 years, including an optioned screenplay, which I stupidly did not make a hard copy of when completed----just shipped it off to my agent because I was late with the final scenes......live and learn the hard way. He is an extremely pleasant patient guy and very conscientious and obviously a whiz at computer forensics.

I can honestly say that Mark is one of the most professional individuals I have ever met. I sought him out after a series of power surges fried my iMac and my case was plagued with issues from day one. But he never gave up! In the end he was able to save everything I wanted and I am MOST grateful! I do not know how he is able to remain so calm under such situations all the time. I hope I do not ever need your services again, Mark, but I will recommend you to anyone who is ever in a similar situation. Thank you so much for your time and effort. I truly, truly appreciate all you do.
