This customer's laptop battery caught on fire while charging. He brought it to Crashed Drive Recovery and we recovered all the data.

The biggest challenge for us was extracting the hard drive from the molten, crusted and rehardened outer case. Once we were able to free the hard drive from it's charred tomb we carefully imaged it and then proceeded to extract the customer's precious children's photos from the disk.
