Didn't make me feel like an idiot when I used my limited layman terms

I found Mark last year when my business computer crashed. Years of hard work were instantly gone and I was in panic mode. I called our usual computer guy but he was unable to help. He told us there was no hope of recovering anything from the hard drive. I took a chance and turned to Google, which pulled up Crashed Hard Drive Recovery. Mark answered my call and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I used my limited layman terms to describe what transpired right before my computer decided it hated me. He had my hard drive in his office just a few short hours later and was able to recover a large majority of my missing files, and he probably would have been able to do even more had I gone to him first. As it was, my hard drive was too far gone (partially thanks to the OTHER computer guy) to recover all the files I needed, but Mark was able to help me set up Dropbox and taught me how to utilize various ways of backing up my files. He spent hours getting us back on track and was able to offer suggestions that would benefit us in other ways too. We were so impressed with Mark! He saves us time and money AND he delivers all this with a smile. Don't waste your time and risk losing valuable information on your computer by calling someone else. Less than two weeks before school started and my flash drive breaks! I called CRASHED HARD DRIVE RECOVERY because they were in OKC (Best Buy said they couldn't help me for 4-6 weeks) and I needed results fast. Mark was patient, knowledgeable and kind. He looked at my drive on New Years Eve then mailed it to the "surgeon" in California after he was sure he could not fix it. He answered emails and was reassuring. He educated me about backing up my information and introduced me to DROPBOX, a free cloud based service for storing information. He was upfront about the process and pricing. After Drive Savers recovered ALL MY INFORMATION, they sent the information to Mark who utilized DROPBOX to deliver my information within hours of learning that my info was RECOVERED. It was that simple. The whole process took about 10 business days and it was an expensive lesson to learn. However, Mark was excellent at facilitating the process. Although I would first recommend backing up ALL work...if you learn lessons the hard way like I do...THEN MARK IS YOUR GUY!!!!!!!
